Research on the Running Indicators of Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises--for Case of SGMW

摘要：

On the basis of the essentiality and origin of production management indexes of manufacturers, this paper introduces and analyses the composition, content and implementation of the principle of SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. (SGMW), and SGMWs actual execution shows the appropriation of production management indexes and its important function to production management and progress of manufacturers.
