Two Stages of Enterprise R&D Cooperation Optimal Arrangement of Ownership

Based on the key factors of R & D cooperation projects, two stages of R&D cooperation projects model is developed. In the model, knowledge and investment efforts are chosen as variables, and four ownerships (A, B, J, N) as conditions, to select the optimal knowledge alliance of intellectual property system. When knowledge is open and investment efforts is maximized in the four intellectual property system arrangements, it could ensure the maximum degree of reduction members of knowledge alliance to protect its intellectual property, and information flow could be fluent among members of knowledge alliance.
