The influential factors analysis on implicit knowledge based on K-mean cluster
The 21st century is the times of knowledgeable economy and knowledge management especially the implicit knowledge management has become an essential factor on enterprises prosperity. This paper focuses on the influential factors, that is, the enterprises culture, stuff management, the building of enterprise technical tools and external environment when implementing implicit knowledge management, and do the special analysis. Then it develops the evaluating index system of implicit knowledge management and uses the method of K-mean cluster analysis to evaluate the level of nine companies implicit knowledge management so as to improve the efficiency of implicit knowledge management and the market competitive ability.
