Selection Model for a Third-Party Reverse Logistics Provider

摘要：

With the development and advancement of reverse logistics concepts and practice, the evaluation and selection of vendors or partners for the specific function of reverse logistics support becomes more important. This paper firstly presents a set of evaluation index system for choosing a third-party reverse logistics provider. Next, A grey comprehensive evaluation model based on analytical hierarchy process and grey relational analysis is then proposed according to features of uncertainty on reverse logistics returns. A numerical example is then given, and it proves that the model is feasible. The firial section provides some suggestions for further research.
