Study on Establishing Public Utility Management Course with Chinese Characters in Higher Education

摘要：

The public utility management course is an emerging subject in Chinese universities. Besides the fast development of this major, some problems occur. These problems includes: no reasonable course structure, the out-of-date education model, etc. This article is based on the statement of establishing the public utility management major with Chinese Characters, re-analyzing the concepts of public utility and public utility management and referring the foreign experience in related areas. It also deeply focuses on the questions of how to establish a course system of public utility management with Chinese Characters and the suitable education model in ever-changing background.
