Planning Method of Construction Scale of Regional Logistics Park

摘要：

According to actual volume of regional social logistics, considering of the logistic development plan and the current state of logistics industry in Jiangmen City, this paper built the GM (1, 1) model to forecast social logistics volume of Jiangmen City in future. On the base of the prediction, considering logistics development level and goal in Jiangmen, this paper estimated the proportion of Third-Party Logistics (TPL) to total social logistics (%), the proportion of logistics operations through Logistics Parks to all TPL operations, and the logistics infrastructure construction area needed by per unit logistics operation. Then the total construction scale of Logistics Park was calculated. Through Proportion-gather method, the construction scales of each Logistics Park of Jiangmen City in 2030 were planned.
