Development and Technical Innovation of 2150 ASP 5MT
This paper introduced the achievement of technical innovation and exploratory about ASP in Ansteel in recent years, mainly included five aspects: manufacturing technique of highly active steelmaking and continuous casting,success of ASP high-efficiency direct-rolling in energy-saving process, breakthrough on ASP free-rolling technique, study about the characteristics of ASP heat record, and the technique of four flows into unite. With improvement of ASP products, common carbon structural steel had been replaced by high grade car skin plate and high grade pipeline steel,with scale production type formed gradually and proprietary technology system perfected, ASP technique had accomplished new leap, the second generation of ASP had been applied and developed successfully instead of the first generation of ASP. It realized integrated technology of continuous casting and continuous rolling which annual yield was five million tons.
