Application and Research of Semi-Endless Rolling at Lianyuan Steel

摘要：

This paper introduces the practical experience, which CSP production line of LY Steel adopt the semi-endless rolling technology to batch and industrial production of ultra-thin gauge products, Using such experience, combined application of semi-endless rolling and gap lubrication technology comes true. And this paper studies the requirement of semi-endless rolling on equipment and control system, also such as production organization mode, control strategies,process schemes of variant gauge and constant gauge rolling With analyses on L2-setting correction values of roll gap,speed and FGC tracking, the basic automation of semi-endless rolling and FGC control have been optimized.
