Quality Control on Cold Rolled Steel Sheet Using CSP Hot Strip
Quality control of cold rolled products are more difficult using thin slab hot strip than using conventional slab hot strip, such as longitudinal cracks of thin slab, yield stress and the ratio of yield stress and strain, and so on. In the paper, the effects of longitudinal cracks to final products surface and mechanical properties using CSP hot strip material are introduced and mechanical properties of IF steel are compared with using conventional hot strip and using CSP hot strip at the same batch annealing condition.
