Effects of Annealing Process on Microstructure and Properties of SPCD Cold Rolled Steel Sheet Produced by CSP Technology

Effects of slow heating rate, holding temperature and holding time on microstructure and properties of SPCD cold rolled sheet produced by CSP technology are investigated. During slow heating period, as the heating rate decreases from 50℃/h to 30℃/h, the value rm rises gradually, at the heating rate 30℃/h, the value rm and △r reach to 1.68 and 0.68,respectively. During holding period, with the holding temperature increasing from 660℃ to 700℃, the elongation and the value rm rise. The Specimens are held at 700℃ for 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 hours, respectively, when holding time comes to 8 hours, the value rm, △r and elongation respectively reach to 1.77, 0.65 and 41.8%. As the slow heating rate decreases, holding temperature rises and the holding time prolongs, microstructure of the sheet appears obviously pie shape, the dimension of grains distributes much more reasonably.
