Research of a New Crystallizer Non-Sinusoidal Vibration Wave
A new crystallizer non-sinusoidal vibration waveform has been derived from the principle of superposition movement. Analyzed the waveform amplitude, frequency, deflection rates, dynamic characteristics, and the engineering parameters according with the casting speed. Given the value of these parameters which are suitable for practical applications. It is provided the necessary theoretical basis for the new crystallizer non-sinusoidal vibration waveform of the practical application of technology.
