Coupling the Flow Field and the Temperature Field of Rapid Solidification With Unequal Twin Roll Method

摘要：

Basing on the algorithm of SOLA-VOF, the finite difference method was used to simulate the solidification process before the molten aluminum arriving at the twin-roll gap during the rapid solidification of unequal twin roll method. The relation between the velocity of cooling roll and the position of forming roll can be found. The result offered the reference data for the research of experiment.
