Production and Application of Common Type C-Mn Hot Rolled Dual-Phase Steel in CSP Line

摘要：

An industrial production and application of more than 7000 tons of 540MPa grade dual-phase hot strip steel designed by low C-Mn chemistry composition in Baotou CSP line was introduced in the present work. The products with thickness of 3.5～13mm, microstructures of ferrite and martensite, used to make wheel disk of car, wheel disk of Heavy duty trucks and beam. It was proved that products meet energy saving requirements of weight loss of car wheels, with good use performance.
