Research on Dynamic Recrystallization Characteristic of Nb-Bearing X65 Pipeline Steel During Rolling by CSP Process
In the CSP rolling course, mixed grain phenomenon has been the problem. It was analyzed that mixed grain structure is mainly due to rolling in austenite incomplete recrystallization zone. At the same time, reasonable matching of every passs deforming temperature and deformation must be controlled so as to control the mixed grain structure and gain the uniform structure. As for the characteristic of MaSteel CSP technology, roiling parameters for X65 pipeline steel were established. Residual strains between interpass intervals and dynamic recrystallization characteristic of each pass are obtained respectively by double-hit compression and the simulated deformation during CSP rolling using Gleeble-1500 thermal mechanical simulator in this paper.
