An Industrial Ezperiment of Developing X65 Hot Strip Steel for Iron Concentrate Slurry Pipeline on Baotou CSP Line

摘要：

X65 grade pipeline steel developed by Baotou CSP plant for Iron ore concentrate slurry pipeline was introduced in the present work. More than 5000 tons of X65 grade pipeline steel of 11.0～12.7mm in thickness was produced with composition design of high Nb content of 0.065% and microalioying and technology of controlled rolling and controlled cooling. Phenomenon of common mixed grain didnt occur, excellent performance and microstructure of strip steels met design requirements of making pipe.
