Development of X70 in Jigang ASP Production Line
(0) Pipeline steel X70 was developed in Jigang ASP production line under the situation that the medium-thin casting blanks were employed and the equipment abilities were subjected to various restrictions. This paper analyzed its component, technology, microstructure and properties. Reasonable component, optimal controlled roiling and cooling had become the key factors for that the mechanical properties for example strength, Rt0.5/Rm, elongation, DWTT, impact property and so on all attain the request of the technical agreement.
