Development and Application of Technology Lubrication for Hot Rolling Technique in Finishing Stand of Jigang Continuous Hot Strip Mill

摘要：

Based on the practical condition that the lubrication technology had no account on the design of Jigang 1700mm hot strip mill production line, a set of hot rolling lubrication system with Jigang characteristic is developed and designed after the interface technology between the lubrication process control system and the fininshing two-level computer system has been resolved. The three-level automatic control of the technology lubrication system is realized.After using the technology, the good lubrication effects are obtained.
