A Simple Method for History Matching

摘要：

This paper proposes an approach for reservoir simulation with which the work of numericalsimulation is substantially simplified. This study demonstrates that end point matching leads to identicalprediction result with allthrough history matehing and presents a method to attain end point matching．According to this research,when we perform a reservoir simulation work,we need not to do allthroughhistory matching．We can get the same prediction result iust by matching the indexes such as water cut,pressure．residual oil saturation and recover degree at the end point of the whole history. This improvesthe efficiency ofreservoir simulation to a large extent．
