Seepage Analysis of Fractured Rock-mass Based on In-situ Joint Investigation
Seepage coefficient is one of the most important parameters in seepage analysis, and fractured rock-mass is characterized as isotropic in permeability study, so the theory of seepage tensor is used in this area.A 500m vertical borehole with diameter 92mm located in Gansu province northwest of China is studied; traditional core investigation and modem borehole image technique are used to research oinks along this borehole. At the same time high pressure water-pressure test is done to obtain the borehole seepage property.A seepage tensor calculation program written by FORTRAN is developed. Through this program the seepage tensor. Its three major values and their orientations can be calculated and the seepage ellipse of any two seepage axes can be drawn conveniently.
