The Rang of Influence of Flaw on Pressure Field in Seepage of Porous Ceramics
Porous ceramics have a wide range of applications as filter, cleaning cartridge, and segregator in auto-industry, metallurgy, petrifaction, and environmental protection. Numerical simulation of microcosmic seepage in two porous ceramics models, one with a single flaw, and another one without, was conducted base on N-S equation, and the rang of influence of flaw on pressure field in seepage of porous ceramics was studied by contrastive analysis. Results showed that the range of influence on pressure of flaw was one time of size of ceramics grain on the vertical direction of flow while two time of size of ceramics grain on the parallel direction of flow.
