Dose mitochondrial protein network in yeast have a structure of the dissemination tree?

We constructed the local protein interaction networks of the intracellular organelles, characterized structural properties, and computed evolution rates. In contrast to the scale free networks of the other intracellular organelles, a mitochondrial protein network does not show scale flee character. When we compare the evolution rates of the subcellular local proteins, mitochondrial proteins have the lowest one (2.057). Although it is difficult to identify the characteristics of the narrow and deeply reaching style because of small dataset, the network structure and evolution rate of the mitochondrial protein are clearly distinguishable from those of cytoplasmic and nucleons proteins. It is well known that biological networks show the scale free network characters as if a social network does. Here, we elucidate that the biological scale free network contains the narrow and deep style local dynamic network as if the social network does.
