Implement Tree-Based Genetic Operators in GEP

摘要：

The implementation of tree-based genetic operators in GEP was discussed in this document. At first we compared the tree-based genetic operators in GP with the genetic operators in GEP. Then the details of the implementation of the tree-based genetic operators in GEP were thoroughly explained. The experiment results proved the validation of tree-based genetic operators. Even though tree-based genetic operators can not guarantee the intactness of the offspring, they still can improve the performance of GEP.
