Acquiring the Mapping Knowledge of Basic Element in the Chinese Character Intelligent Formation
In the Chinese character (CC) intelligent formation, the same basic element (BE) has different position, size and shape in different CCs. Basing on the characteristics of the CC and taking affine transformation (AT) as a tool, a method was proposed that first select corresponding points which reflect the length and breadth in the external connective rectangle of BEs and mapping goal respectively to calculate the AT parameters, then optimize the AT parameters by particle swarm optimization (PSO) which takes normalized cross-correlation coefficient as fitness value, thus obtain the optimal mapping knowledge. 6763 CCs in National Standards GB2312-80 character set were taken as the experimental subject, 595 BEs were designed. The experiment results were presented in this paper.
