CONDITIONAL SYMMETRY GROUPS OF (n+1)-DIMENSIONAL NONLINEAR DIFFUSION EQUATIONS WITH SOURCE TERM
In this paper, we study a class of (n+1)-dimensional nonlinear diffusion equations with source term. The method used is the conditional Lie B(a)icklund symmetry method.We will show that the equations may admit conditional Lie B(a)cklund symmetries with the second-order characteristic for certain coefficient functions. As a consequence, exact solutions and symmetry reductions to finite-dimensional systems of the resulting equations are obtained.
