OBSERVER DESIGN OF TIME-DELAY AND SWITCHED LINEAR SINGULAR SYSTEMS
The paper studies observer design for a class of time-delay and switched singular systems as well as observer design of switched singular systems. We adopt the Lyapanov-Krasovskii functions method, firstly, design the observer of the ith subsystem,then, we can construct the observer of this switched singular system by using the ith observer while the ith subsystem has been activated. If the observer is full-dimension observer and each subsystem is detectable, the state estimation error can approach zero when the delay time is long enough. Under certain conditions, the state estimation could even approach zero for the arbitrary switching law.
