THE THEORY OF VARIABLE-SAMPLING SYSTEM AND ITS APPLICATION IN THE PURE TIME-DELAY SYSTEM

摘要：

The model of the variable-sampling discrete system is given in this paper. The time-delay problems associated with controller designs and state observer designs of the variable-sampling discrete system are studied. A sufficient and necessary condition and a sufficient condition for the variable-sampling system stability are derived. Then, the variable-sampling theory is applied for the pure time-delay system. The examples illustrate the effectiveness of presented conclusions.
