AXIOMATIC FUZZY SET THEORY AND ITS APPLICATIONS
Since AFS (Axiomatic Fuzzy Set) theory was proposed by Liu in 1995, it has been developed further by many researchers. The present article provides an overview of AFS theory by both theory analysis and illustrative examples, and then elicits the potential applications and some further research topics. The applications of AFS theory shows that it can mimic the human being recognition process and it offers a far more flexible and effective way for studying the large-scale intelligent systems in the real world.
