RESEARCH ON DETERMINING WEIGHTS METHOD FOR EVALUATION

According to the weight determining in evaluation process, with actual case of strip surface quality evaluation, a new evaluation methods to for determining weights is proposed. First of all, AHP with paired comparison judgment matrix is used to determining weights. And then the weight is adjusted based on discriminability analysis with WAA operator as the result of that evaluation samples. BP neural network is trained by these samples, which can make final weight determining. In this way, the weight is determined by the resulting neural network. It not only accumulated the experts experience, but also reduces the uncertainty during complex evaluation process. The results showed that this method is more flexible. The weight determining is more scientific and rational.
