Developing of Integrated Water Resources and Environment Management Project of Tianjin
As one of GEF Hai Basin Project areas, under the support of technical fruits of all SSs and subprojects and new technologies of KM system and RS ET etc, absorb domestic and foreign advanced managing experience as well as by means of top-down and bottom-up, Tianjin will develop municipality-level and three county-level IWEMPs. Through implementing these IWEMPs, effective manage system and mechanism of Tianjin integrated management of water resources and environment will be established, and relevant policy and manage measures will be made in order to realize sustainable utilization of water resources and environment of Tianjin and to realize the target of water saving and pollution reducing required by GEF project as well as make contribution for improving water quality and water environment of Hai Basin.
