The Researches on the Constructing Hai River Basin NHD

摘要：

Coding is the key of integrating and managing lots of scattered and complicated information or knowledge. In basing of analyzing the advantage and the shortage of the international and national water information coding system, especially study the NHD technology and structure,designing a kind of reach coding system and constructing Hai river basin hydrological database(HaiNHD), that building a bridge for integrating dada information and knowledge for Hai river basin water environmental and water resource management.
