Restriction of Scale of the Sea Water Desaltification on the Water and Environment Planning in the Haihe Basin and Suggestions

摘要：

Due to water scarcity in North China, desaltification of the sea water to explore water resource has become a policy in the north coast areas. However, as regarding to closed or semi-closed bay like Bohai Sea and Bohai Bay, the intensity of sea water desaltification should be restrained from the view of protecting the sea ecology. The paper discussed the intensity control of desaltification from both aspects of non-polluted and polluted damage, the proposed the suggestion of improving resource use of sea water desaltification and reducing sea pollution from the perspective of technological advancement.
