Analysis of Water Resources Plan in Fangshan Area, Beijing
According to the water resources current situation in Fangshan of Beijing, the paper puts forward the management plans which include comprehensive ET management, groundwater exploitation permission, closing up the wells in overexploitation areas, surface water intake permission, rational ET management schemes of irrigation water, water function district management, management of sewage,water-saving irrigation projects and agricultural planting frame adjustment, popularizing farmers water users association, constructing water-saving management service systems and so on. Through the input-output and the investment-benefit analysis, the plan schemes are feasible.
