The Analysis of New Methodology of Hai Basin Integrated Water and Environment Management Plan
This article expatiated the new concept, new technology and new measures accumulated in the Hai Basin Integrated Water and Environment Management Plans. It is not only the innovation of water resources management but also a reformation of traditional water resources theories and methodologies in our country. On the basis of the achievement and experience got from the GEF Hai Basin Integrated Water and Environment Management Project, through demonstration and extension,finally promote the integrated basin and regional water resources and environment management using ET as the center concept in the whole country area. For facilitating water saving society construction and decreasing the groundwater over exploitation and improving the ecological environment, it has an important realistic and long significant meaning.
