Calculation of Pollutants Discharge and Into-rivers of Shezian County——a Pilot County of Hebei Province
In this paper, approaches and methods of how to calculate pollutants discharge are proposed. Taking Shexian County, a pilot county in Hebei as the case study, the pollutant discharge from industry, urban life, rural life, livestocks scatter-feeding and fertilizer losses in the fields have been identified. Then the characteristic of industrial structural pollution The results indicate that there are a total of 10017.5t COD and 900.3t NH3-N production, of which 3348.1t COD and 309.4t NH3-N have entered into the river. 71%, 25% and 4% of the COD into the river course emitted from industry, urban domestic, and rural non-point pollution sources respectively, while NH3-N 59%, 33% and 8%. Aforesaid data show that pollution in the research region mainly comes from industry. Then the industrial structural pollution characteristics and industrial pollutants exceeding-standard were analyzed. Choosing the pollutants discharge per capita, water consumption per 104 yuan industrial outputs and pollutants discharge per unit GDP as the indicators to compare Shexian County with Haihe River basin, it indicates that some of the above indices are much higher than the average values of Haihe River basin. So the pollution decreasing potential of Shexian country industry is huger. As a result, industrial pollution control is a key problem of water environmental protection; and more sewage treatment plants in the cities and counties should be constructed so as to improve domestic sewage disposal rate.
