Application and Practices of Remote Sensing ET Technology In the Hai Basin
The remote sensing ET is a main internationally advanced technology introduced in the GEF Hal Basin Project, the foundation of water resources management with ET as the core. In this paper, such explanations have been made as methods and principles of the remote sensing ET technology,applications and practices in the GEF Hai Basin Project in the aspects of ET data production, water balance analysis in the basin, groundwater management, water management in counties and irrigation areas based on ET, etc..
