Primary Study on Basin Water Resources and Environment Management on the Basis of ET

摘要：

The concept of ET management evolves from the concept of Actual Water Saving in, which is implemented from 2001 to 2005, named as World Bank Loan Project on Water Saving Irrigation, and then the concept is applied and developed in GEF Hai River Project. Basin-level IWEM, on the basis of ET management, truly transfers from the conventional Water Supply Management concept to Water Demand Management concept in terms of basin management. The thesis presents the primary study on the impact on basin-level water resources and environment management brought by the ET management concept.
