Current Status of Basin Water Environment Management Restricting Coordinative Development between Social Economy and Environment

摘要：

Water environment management in basin not only remains one of the difficulties in Chinese environment management, but also is among one of the important factors restricting the coordinative development between Chinese social economy and environment. The thesis systematically summarizes and explains the current status and successful experience both for domestic and foreign basin water environment management, and analyzes the existing problems in Chinese basin water environment management. At the same time, it presents the foreign experience of basin water environment management China could borrow from; it explores integrated management style with Chinese characteristics for basin water environment under Chinese circumstances, and paves the way for Chinese basin water environment management.
