The Application of ET Management in GEF Haihe Hebei Project

摘要：

It comprises three perspectives in ET management 1)in the planning and design stage, it determines the ET values to be reduced in the project period based the analysis of supply and consumption; 2) in the implementation stage, it controls the total amount of water use and water right allocation (quota management) based on ET value; 3) in the stage of finishing and examining for acceptance stage, the implementation results will be evaluated according to the monitoring of ET and other indicators in the implementation. In the paper, discussion was made on the three perspectives and suggestion was made for the work in the future.
