Several Ezplores on Hai Basin Water Resources and Water Environment Strategic Study

摘要：

This paper analyze the target ET in Hai Basin plain well irrigation areas should be controlled and equaled to local long term average rainfall, and based on this take water right allocation and drawing water permission management. Analyze RS ET and manual monitor ET validation and calculation ways for groundwater exploitation, supply coefficient, aquifer yield, and shallow salt water exploitation. Proposed measures to solve basin urban,rural using water basically depend on local rainfall and realize sustainability development in Hai Basin.
