Analysis of Agricultural Water Saving in Hai Basin Based on Remote Sensing Water Productivity
There has terrible contradictions between water supply and demand in Hai Basin. And it is very necessary to change the traditional ideas and to establish new water resources management ideas with ET management as core part. Based on remote sensing ET and Biomass, this paper take water productivity (WP) as controllable factor for agricultural water saving, and make sure rational target WP in water function zone, and calculate agricultural water saving with crop yield. Results show that average water productivity in multi-year in Hai Basin is 1.000kg/m3. Water productivity in plain area is higher than mountainous area, and regional difference is relatively small. Agricultural water saving in low target WP is 3.515 billion, and 5.806 billion in high target WP. Scope for WP improvement is mainly located in plain including low output area and middle output area.
