SWAT Model Construction and Application in Agricultural Real Water Saving in Hai Basin
The excessive development and utilization of water resources in Hai Basin, leads to a serious decline in groundwater level, rivers drying up, declining of runoff to Bohai sea and negative changes in the watershed ecology and environmental crisis. SWAT model construction is one of the efficient ways to alleviate contradictory of water resources supply and demand. Based on essential data,we constructed SWAT model of Hai Basin on AVSWAT 2000 platform, analyzed the water balances from 2002 to 2005, the result shows that the evapotranspiration(ET) is the major consumption, while the agricultural real water saving is realized by reducing the plants evapotranspiration(ET). So we simulated impacts of different agricultural measures including crop pattern change, irrigation scheme optimization etc on reducing Hai Basins ET By SWAT model. The result of the research can offer data support for real water saving management of Hal Basin.
