QPSK Transmitter Based on Optical Amplitude Modulation of Electrically Generated QPSK Signal

An optical QPSK transmitter based on optical amplitude modulation of an electrical QPSK signal with subsequent optical filtering is demonstrated with 10.7 Gbaud (21.4 Gbit/s) RZDQPSK data.
