Integrated Waveguide Grating Using Impurity Induced Quantum Well Intermizing
This paper presents the work on InGaAsP/InP multi quantum well impurity intermixed waveguide grating suitable for CWDM wavelength range. A channel bandwidth of 13nm and cross-talk in between -5dB to -10dB is obtained.
