Finite Element Analysis of MEMS Based Fabry-Perot Optical Filter with Electrostatic Actuation
Mechanical properties and tuning ability of MEMS based Fabry-Perot optical filter with electrostatic actuation are investigated. The simulation results demonstrate that the fringing field influence should be taken into account in structure design and modeling.
