Analysis of Tunable Ridge Bragg Grating by Fluid Flow
This paper presents an analysis on air flow velocity effect on transmitted wavelength of ridge Bragg Grating structure for tunable filter and sensing applications. Spectral response analysis for temperature dependence of single mode structure on SOI substrate is demonstrated.
