Dynamic Process of Wavelength Switching in V-coupledcavity Semiconductor Laser
The dynamic process of wavelength switching in a novel digitally tunable V-coupledcavity semiconductor laser is analyzed. The dynamic side mode suppression ratio and the switching delay time are calculated to study the wavelength switching transients.
