UV Pulse Response Nonlinearity of Two Si Photodiodes

We measured the pulse response nonlinearity of two silicon photodiodes at 193 and 248 nm with different measurement conditions. We found significant and varied nonlinearities. We discuss the cause of the nonlinear features.
