High-Density Optical Interconnect Based on Precisely Fabricated Mirror Attached Waveguide
We present a high density optical interconnect based on precisely fabricated mirror attached waveguide on a printed circuit board. The structure, fabrication, and performance of 12-channel transmitter and receiver operating at 8 -10 Gbps are presented.
