An Efficient Standing-Wave Model for Simulation of λ/4-Shifted DFB Lasers
A standing-wave model based on cold cavity modes for simulating quarterwavelength (λ/4) shifted DFB lasers is presented. This model is validated by benchmark results, and shown to be more efficient.
