Power and stake of system integrators stakeholders in a project of CoPS innovation——A case of IPTIS innovation project in Hangzhou

摘要：

This article analyzes power and stake of system integrators stakeholders based on CoPS innovation process, from the perspective of the user and subcontractors technical and economic power as well as economic interest. Moreover, through studying the case of intelligent public transportation information system of Hangzhou, we point out that the system integrator in CoPS innovation should watch out for stakeholders power, stake and their dynamic relationship.
